Problem Statement: Where are the Christian statesmen of our time?

Program Purpose: To mentor (disciple) the next wave of godly leaders to assume positions of authority and influence in public and private realms of life with a solid biblical worldview foundation.

Goal: Develop mature influencers that can: stand for righteousness in any venue, understand the relationship between the political and cultural battles of our day and the impact they have on our religious and conscience freedoms, and withstand the inevitable temptations that accompany the exercise of power and influence.

Means:

• CSIP is shepherded by, and accountable to:
  • A Governing Board of key pastoral leaders from local churches
  • An Advisory Board with solid biblical credentials that ensures biblical content and contemporary relevance 
• An intensive eight session program, with each session consisting of a lecture, contemporary issues Q&A, a different invited guest speaker, and optional growth homework
• Subject-matter-experts invited to share their faith challenges in their professional area of expertise and personal lives
• Wide-ranging lectures on worldview material and their implications, and current political/societal issues of significance to the Christian community
• Low-level, follow-on accountability after the completion of the program
